The doctors and staff at Brook Medical Centre in Stoke-On-Trent are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.

We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

Sponsored Head Shave

Carol, one of our receptionists, is doing a sponsored head shave on 18th March in aid of Breast Cancer Care.

Patient Experience Survey

We will be running a few surveys over the year which will be available both online here and also as paper copies in the surgery.

January 2012 

The first one was a short simple survey that asked about the two sites, experience of reception, and the time you wait in the surgery to be seen.

The survey has now finished. Thank you for participating if you filled out a form. 

We will compile the responses and once we have the results of the survey we will discuss them with the Patient Reference Group.

We will then produce a report about the results that will be published here on the website and also displayed in the surgery.
